Given the bespoke nature of our platform and the automated translation of digital twin biometrics, all garments operate under a standard 1.5-inch tolerance allowance from your stored Digital Twin measurements. If a garment exceeds this variance, you are eligible for a remake or refund.

Lead times vary drastically based on the complexity of your AI design and the specific Atelier's queue. On average, expect 3-5 weeks for cut, sew, and delivery. You can track exact milestone progress (Material Sourcing, Assembly, QA) within your active orders dashboard.

No. Because each garment is mathematically unique to your body and generated directly from your AI prompt, we cannot accept 'change of mind' returns. Returns and disputes are exclusively reserved for objective structural flaws, material defects, or out-of-tolerance measurements.

If an Atelier misses the final delivery milestone by more than 14 days without prior communication, you are entitled to cancel the escrow payout and receive a full refund via the Resolution Center.
